CalPro’s ADAS IdentiScan is a diagnostic tool used primarily by professionals in the collision industry who want to know which advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are on a vehicle. Users can quickly identify the potential need for required ADAS calibrations and pre-scans/post-scans prior to the submission of the R.O. estimate to insurance carriers. The scan tool does the following:
1.Reduces the shop’s liability related to unidentified and unperformed repairs & calibrations as part of their R.O.,
2. Saves valuable time previously spent on researching the vehicle,
3. Saves time and resources dedicated internally to both answering questions and training team members on ADAS systems, and
4. Creates material in-house & sublet revenue opportunities by identifying the need for both ADAS calibrations and pre-scans/post-scans.

Features
1. OBD2 scan tool, when connected via Bluetooth to an individual smartphone through our app, allows for quick and easy extraction of ADAS and other important information from the vehicle.
2. Proprietary machine learning enables the presentation of all ADAS on the vehicle, as well as other commonly needed information for repairing the vehicle.
3. Vehicle Inspection Wizard allows the user to document the damage & repair areas, provide detailed information critical to calibration diagnosis and upload photos of the vehicle such as damaged ADAS components on the vehicle.
4. Proprietary artificial intelligence utilizes information from the Vehicle Inspection Wizard against the identified ADAS features to arrive at the ADAS components most likely in need of calibration as part of the repair order.
5. Application-generated ADAS IdentiScan Report provides a detail of all the processes & outcomes for the user and shop.
6. ADAS IdentiScan Report can be attached as a PDF file and e-mailed to the user’s work account, where it can be electronically saved as part of the repair order jacket.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ADAS IdentiScan is a professional diagnostic solution. The App is free to install but does require a user subscription agreement for the OBD2 scan tool. The user can either choose to pay either a monthly subscription charge that is cancelable at any time and subject to price changes or a discounted annual, non-reimbursable charge. This subscription agreement allows the user to pair via Bluetooth an individual ADAS IdentiScan tool with a smartphone in a 1-to-1 relationship. The user enters into an End User Licensing Agreement (EULA) to obtain the scan tool. This requires both a subscription and a one-time non-refundable activation fee. Once the ADAS IdentiScan tool is activated and married to a smartphone, that scan tool cannot be paired with a different smartphone. The subscriptions rates and activation fees are described on the PRICING page on the company’s website www.CalProADASsolutions.com/pricing/

The ADAS IdentiScan tool simply connects to the OBD2 port located inside of the vehicle near the steering wheel.
